2014, Day 5: Easy day, really.

"Drove back 50 miles to starting point. There were a couple of good hills today – but then back down to elevation. Still haven’t made it to 1000’ altitude. Road was fairly flat or gradual grade most of the way. Another massage last night. Knee didn’t bother me at all until last 5 miles, and then not terribly. Easy day, really. Hard day is tomorrow."
